Location Details

'Moonlight NYE" will take place at a secure location near Downtown Vancouver, within 5-10 minute walking distance to Skytrain & bus routes. It is the same location as last year's "Warriors of Time" event; however the space has now evolved and looks quite different than it did last year. We're very excited to create the illusion of a grand ball & cabaret on the moon.

A URL on how to access exact location details will be printed on each ticket. If you purchase your ticket online you will receive an e-mail with the URL along with your purchase confirmation.

Please note that this is a legal event. The building has been approved for occupancy and use for assembly. The real reason we are limiting access to the location information is to ensure that the event remains intimate with respectful, community vibes.

The building is fully accessible for our guests with mobility concerns. 

A licensed bar will be serving. Please leave your alcohol at home.

Ample professional security will be on the premises.
